Refund Policy
Due to each product being custom designed, refunds are not guaranteed. If you have issues with your product, please contact me and we can work to find a solution.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order/payment. Beyond that will be on a case by case basis, but as each product is custom made and not an inventory item, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Returns/Exchanges: If there is a defect/issue with your order once received, or a product arrives damaged, please contact me and we will work to find a resolution.
