Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are included in purchases made on Spouse-ly. Items are made when the order is placed, please allow up to 8 days for your item to ship. If it will take longer than 8 days, the store owner will be in communication with you to let you know the estimated time. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number.ย
Refund Policy
We don't offer refunds on items because they are custom made, but do want to make sure that it is right and that you enjoy your purchase. If there is an issue with any of the items, please let us know and we will work with you to fix it the best we can. You can email us at kriswmiller82@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know and we will work to get a replacement item sent to you.ย
