Macarons are naturally gluten free, and we do not use any ingredients that have gluten. HOWEVER, we bake out of a shared commercial kitchen and we are not gluten-free certified.ย

Macarons are by nature quite fragile cookies. We take special care to make sure that they arrive to you safely and without damage. However, we cannot control how they are handled in transit or upon delivery. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 1-3 days shipping times. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure that your macarons are not waiting in a shipping facility over an off day.ย
Macarons are shipped in a box with a cool pack, in an insulated metallic bubble mailer and in a plastic container that keeps the cookies separated. Macarons come with care instructions and are always delicious (I know, I'm biased).ย

As macarons are a consumable good, we do not allow refunds or exchanges to orders that have started production or that have been shipped.
